Die Bioverfügbarkeit von Desipramin ist in Kombination mit Terbinafin um das 5fache erhöht. Mögliche Symptome sind: Sedation, Koordinationsstörungen, orthostatische Hypotonie und anticholinerge Effekte wie Mundtrockenheit, Akkommodationsstörungen, Miktionsstörungen und Obstipation.
