EXP: radioaktive Abfälle, deren Aktivität aufgrund des radioaktiven Zerfalls spätestens 30 Jahre nach dem Ende der Verwendung des ursprünglichen Materials so weit abgeklungen ist, dass sie freigemessen oder verwertet werden können, müssen bis zum Erreichen dieses Zeitpunktes gelagert werden, wenn keine gesamthaft günstigere Alternative für Mensch und Umwelt zur Verfügung steht

EXP: le scorie radioattive la cui attività, a causa del decadimento radioattivo, al più tardi 30 anni dopo la fine dell’utilizzazione del materiale originario è decaduta a un livello tale da permetterne il declassamento o il riciclaggio devono rimanere stoccate fino a quel momento, sempre che non esista in generale un'alternativa più favorevole per l'uomo e l'ambiente

EXP: In the absence of an alternative that is more favourable overall for people and the environment, radioactive waste whose activity, as a result of radioactive decay, will have decreased no later than 30 years after the end of use of the original material to such an extent that it can be measured for clearance or must be stored until this point has been reached
