Salarié dont l'employeur n'est pas soumis à l'obligation de payer des cotisations à l'AVS ou qui est engagé pour une durée limitée ne dépassant pas trois mois, ou qui exerce une activité accessoire et qui est déjà assujetti à l'assurance obligatoire pour une activité principale, ou qui exerce une activité lucrative indépendante à titre principal ou qui est invalide à raison de 70% au moins et qui, malgré ces conditions, n'est pas soumis à l'assurance professionnelle obligatoire.
