Programme d'option-amende

OBS: Le Programme d'option-amende a été introduit au Nouveau-Brunswick en 1976. Le Programme permet au contrevenant, s'il est incapable de payer l'amende, de travailler bénévolement pour un organisme communautaire ou gouvernemental sans but lucratif au lieu de payer l'amende en argent. Le programme est offert par le ministère de la Sécurité publique du Nouveau-Brunswick par l'entremise de ses bureaux de probation.

OBS: The Fine Option Program was introduced in New Brunswick in 1976. The Fine Option Program allows offenders who are unabled to pay the fine, to do volunteer work for a non-profit community or government organization, in lieu of a monetary payment of the fine. The program is offered by the New Brunswick Department of Public Safety through its Probation Offices.
