Infraction contre l'autorité publique commise par une personne qui enfreint l'interdiction de fréquenter les débits de boissons prononcée contre elle par le juge, ou commise par l'aubergiste qui, pouvant savoir que l'accès des débits de boissons est interdit par décision de l'autorité à une personne, sert ou fait servir des boissons alcooliques à cette dernière.
