Vote auquel les électeurs atteints d'invalidité ou dans l'incapacité d'accomplir eux-mêmes les actes liés à l'exercice du droit de vote peuvent procéder en se faisant assister par une tierce personne ou par des moyens qui permettent de remédier aux difficultés liées au handicap.
