Use the French 'cassation' only to explain the classification agreed between the FDFA and the Swiss Federal Archives (i.e. classification for 'C' files). The letter 'C' or 'K' appears in the reference given to representation records which do not need to be transferred to the Swiss Federal Archives.
In the old SDC registry plan, the letter 'K' meant 'discard' (these documents were archived temporarily at cooperation offices).
