CONT: La Commission ou un fonctionnaire désigné autorisé en vertu de l'alinéa 37(2)a) de la Loi peut, sur réception d'une demande du titulaire de l'homologation dans les soixante jours suivant la date d'expiration de celle-ci, homologuer à nouveau un modèle homologué aux termes du paragraphe (1) et dont les spécifications techniques n'ont pas été modifiées.

CONT: The Commission or a designated officer authorized under paragraph 37(2)(a) of the Act may recertify a design certified under subsection (1) if its technical specifications have not changed and the Commission or designated officer receives an application from the certificate holder no later than 60 days after the expiry date of the certificate.
