CONT: Le gestionnaire supérieur responsable sera normalement le cadre dirigeant de l'aéroport. Il aura une certaine connaissance des opérations techniques de l'aéroport et il pourra également être, selon le cas : la personne désignée par l'organisme pour être l'ultime responsable des opérations côté piste de l'aéroport; la personne signataire du manuel d'exploitation d'aéroport; la personne responsable à la fois du manuel d'exploitation d'aéroport et des opérations côté piste.

CONT: The accountable executive will normally be the senior executive of the airport and will have some knowledge of the airport's technical operations. The accountable executive may also be the person who is: the person designated by the organization as having final authority for airside operations at the airport; or the person who is signatory to the airport operations manual; or the person having responsibility for both the airport operations manual and airside operations.
