OBS: A small local charitable organization founded in 1977. [Its mission is] to work with families by building on their strengths, providing support, information and advocacy to make a positive difference in the lives of each person, family and community. [It makes sure] families are able to access information and support which will assist them to meet their needs and enjoy safe, loving, healthy relationships and environments.
