Infraction contre la paix publique commise par une personne qui profane grossièrement le lieu où repose un mort, méchamment, trouble ou profane un convoi funèbre ou une cérémonie funèbre, profane ou outrage publiquement un cadavre humain, ou qui, contre la volonté de l'ayant droit, soustrait un cadavre humain, une partie d'un cadavre humain ou les cendres d'un mort.
