Élection organisée au niveau cantonal lors de laquelle le gouvernement cantonal déclare élues toutes les personnes qui se trouvent sur les listes électorales en vue de l'élection du Conseil national parce que le nombre de candidats ne dépasse pas le nombre de sièges à pourvoir dans le canton.
