EXP: biologisches Material darf in unverschlüsselter Form für ein Forschungsprojekt oder in verschlüsselter Form zu Forschungszwecken weiterverwendet werden, wenn die betroffene Person beziehungsweise die gesetzliche Vertretung oder die nächsten Angehörigen nach hinreichender Aufklärung eingewilligt haben
