\bR\b: le \bresponsable\b (R) est l'unique personne responsable de l'activité/la tâche/du livrable. Il l'évalue, la dirige et la valide. Un responsable est de fait acteur (A), consulté (C) et informé (I)

\bR\b – \bResponsible \b(Verantwortung): Genau eine Person (R) trägt die Verantwortung für die Aktivität/die Aufgabe/das Arbeitsergebnis. Sie bewertet, beaufsichtigt und genehmigt diese(s). Die verantwortliche Person ist de facto Akteurin (A), wird konsultiert (C) und informiert (I).
\bA\b – \bActor \b(Akteurin): arbeitet unter der Verantwortung und Leitung der verantwortlichen Person, um die Aufgabe zu erledigen/erfüllen.
\bC\b – \bConsulted \b(Fachkompetenz): Diese Personen werden in den Prozess zwecks Konsultation eingebunden. Sie haben die Befugnis, Empfehlungen in ihrem Bereich abzugeben, zu genehmigen oder zu blockieren.
\bI\b – \bInformed \b(Information): Diese Person wird über Ergebnisse und Prozessfortschritte informiert.

\bResponsible \b– Those who get the work done to achieve the task. This may refer to individual workers to perform the given task. There is at least one role tagged as ‘responsible’, although others can be delegated to assist in the work required.
\bAccountable \b– The party ultimately answerable for the correct and thorough completion of the deliverable or task, and the one who delegates the work to those responsible. There must be only one accountable party specified for each task or deliverable. The accountable party has the ultimate decision-making authority and oversees the work. 
\bConsulted \b– Those whose opinions are sought, typically subject matter experts; and with whom there is two-way communication. This could be a stakeholder who can provide advice regarding an activity where a subjective opinion may be required. 
\bInformed \b– Those who have some interested in relevant activity and are kept up-to-date on progress, often only on completion of the task or deliverable; and with whom there is typically one-way communication.
