OBS: The mission of the Stroke Recovery Association of Manitoba Inc. is to improve the quality of life for stroke survivors and their families.
OBS: Mandate. To function as a non-profit organization for the benefit of stroke survivors and their families throughout the province of Manitoba. To help the stroke survivor again become a participating member of society through mental stimulation, self-help, and socialization. To educate the public in matters relating to stroke.
OBS: Established in 1971 SAM is the oldest stroke recovery association in Canada. SAM provides supports and services to stroke survivors, family, and friends.
