Société de gestion Canada Hibernia

OBS: La Société de gestion Canada Hibernia (SGCH) est une société d'État et une filiale en propriété exclusive de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada (CDIC). La CDIC a été fondée par la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions afin d'investir et de gérer la participation de concessionnaire et les investissements que détient le Canada dans le projet de développement Hibernia. La CDIC a mandaté la SGCH afin qu'elle administre et qu'elle protège ces investissements.

OBS: Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation (CHHC) is a Crown corporation and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDIC). The Corporation was established under the Canada Business Corporations Act, to invest in and manage Canada's working interest ownership and investment in the Hibernia Development Project. CDIC has given CHHC a mandate to manage and hold this investment.
