EXP: une mesure thérapeutique institutionnelle est levée si son exécution ou sa poursuite paraît vouée à l'échec, si la durée maximale prévue a été atteinte et que les conditions de la libération conditionnelle ne sont pas réunies ou s'il n'y a pas ou plus d'établissement approprié; le traitement ambulatoire est levé lorsque celui-ci s'est achevé avec succès, si sa poursuite paraît vouée à l'échec ou à l'expiration de la durée légale maximale du traitement des personnes dépendantes de l'alcool, de stupéfiants ou de médicaments

EXP: eine stationäre therapeutische Massnahme wird aufgehoben, wenn deren Durch- oder Fortführung aussichtslos erscheint, wenn die vorgesehene Höchstdauer erreicht wurde und die Voraussetzungen für die bedingte Entlassung nicht eingetreten sind oder wenn eine geeignete Einrichtung nicht oder nicht mehr existiert; die ambulante Behandlung wird aufgehoben, wenn sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde, deren Fortführung aussichtslos erscheint oder die gesetzliche Höchstdauer für die Behandlung von Alkohol-, Betäubungsmittel- oder Arzneimittelabhängigen erreicht ist
