Somme que l'employeur doit transférer à son institution de prévoyance en faveur d'un salarié si à celui-ci incombe de verser des contributions à cette fin, et qu'il financera par ses moyens propres ou à l'aide des réserves de cotisations que l'employeur avait accumulées préalablement dans ce but auprès de l'institution de prévoyance et qui sont comptabilisées séparément.
