Détermination de l'identité de l'ayant droit économique, à laquelle un intermédiaire financier doit procéder avant l'établissement d'une relation d'affaires en requérant du cocontractant une déclaration écrite, si celui-ci n'est pas l'ayant droit économique, respectivement s'il est une société de domicile, ou si une opération de caisse d'une somme importante est effectuée.
