- Law on foreign nationals: Measure that brings a foreign national's stay in Switzerland to an end and that is taken by the competent authority if the foreign national does not possess a required permit or during a period of stay for which no permit is required no longer fulfils the entry requirements, if his permit is refused, revoked or not extended, or if a different state that is bound by one of the Dublin Association Agreements is responsible for conducting the asylum procedure (a).
